Refund policy
RIVERAEDGE does not offer returns for any physical products unless it is confirmed the received products are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Customers are advised to ensure all products are correct before purchasing.
You are eligible for a return & refund if your order contains the following: Damaged goods, incorrect goods. Contact admin@riveraedge.com to start a claim. We will ask for you to provide information about your claim such as photo evidence, details on what the issue is, and any necessary info. Once we have confirmed you are eligible for a return you will be provided a return slip via email with instructions. Once the return has been received by RIVERAEDGE, you will receive a refund into the account used to placed your purchase.
